Under the leadership of the Party Committee of DUT, the Communist Youth League Committee of Panjin Campus is an advanced youth organization which firmly follows the Chinese Communist Party’s leading principles and takes the Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought, and Deng Xiaoping theory as its guidance. The Communist Youth League Committee dedicates itself to strengthening the League members’ political-ideological education, conveying new blood for the Party organization and cultivating high-level talents for the whole country.

     The Communist Youth League Committee is oriented to all the students. It has taken steady progress in characteristic work. Besides, it devotes great efforts to promoting the organizational construction, publicity and student activities, which makes contributions to student’s growth and campus development.

     The Communist Youth League Committee has seven divisions: The Office, Organization Department, Forum Department, Propaganda Department, Scientific and Technological Innovation Department, Theoretical Research Department and Voluntary Working Department. It is also responsible for the development of Students’ Union, Associations’ Union and Art Troupe.

     The Communist Youth League Committee will always hold the banner of socialism with Chinese characteristic and combine personal dreams with the Chinese Dream. Furthermore, it will strengthen the leadership by practicing the value of socialism, learning the advanced theory, and exploring the suitable and effective working approaches so as to serve the students better.
