The School of Humanities & Law was founded based on the first-level discipline of doctoral degree- in Marxist Theory and Management Science & Engineering, the first-level discipline of master degree in Law, Physical Education, Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics. This School focuses on programs in Intellectual Property Rights, Law Protection, Patent Agencies, Business Negotiation, Exercise Rehabilitation and Management & Operation of Sporting Events. The Management & Operation of Sporting Events program draws on the resources from multiple disciplines: Sport Science as well as Economics and Management. The school has also established teaching-research departments for Intellectual Property Rights, Business English, Exercise Rehabilitation and Physical Education with a favorable academic atmosphere and abundant scientific achievements. Moreover, the School has multiple government funded research projects, professional and experienced teachers and overseas scholars which shall facilitate high-quality research and provide an overall high-standard of education. Furthermore, the State Intellectual Property Base has been established and the Collaborative Innovation Center of Management & Operation of Sporting Events is under construction.
