The Division of General Affairs is in charge of the logistical support and the comprehensive service for the whole campus. It is responsible for the campus’ first stage construction which covers an area of 563000 square meters with a construction area of 383000 square meters, as well as more than 400 sets of operating equipment. Its duty includes the campus construction and management, campus operation and support, logistics services, procurement and bidding, asset and equipment management etc.

     Currently offices under the Division of General Affairs are the General Office, Campus Construction & Management Office and the Campus Operation & Support Office. Besides, the Library and the Center of Network & Information are affiliated to the division.

     In accordance with the whole campus planning, the Division of General Affairs has vigorously promoted the infrastructure construction and logistical support in order to satisfy the teaching and research requirements at the initial stage. In terms of the internal management, the Division of General Affairs attaches great importance to the regulation construction and human resource construction through improving pertinent regulations and optimizing staff structure in order to enhance the administrative and managerial abilities.

      Upholding the goal of effective support, considerate service and fine management, the Division of General Affairs aims to optimize its workflow and services in order to provide the staff and students with the efficient services, develop a cordial studying and living environment, and further guarantee the steady development of scientific research and discipline construction.
