From Nov.13th and Nov.19th, Vice-director of the Administrative Committee of Panjin Campus and the Dean of the School of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering, Prof. Gaohong He, was invited to attend the 2016AIChE Annual Meeting in the USA and recruited overseas talents with Mr. Lv from the Division of Human Resources.

        From Nov.13th and 15th, Prof. He and Mr. Lv attended the posters of food science, life science, chemical engineering, etc. Prof.He introduced the development of Panjin Campus, the policy of talent recruitment and application process. Moreover, the delegation conducted in-depth exchanges and communications with more than 100 applicants, answered the questions they concerned in detail, and warmly welcomed them to join Panjin Campus. At the meeting, a number of talents expressed their willingness of joining Panjin Campus. Prof. He and Mr. Lv also attended the reception meeting held by the Zhejiang University, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the East China University of Science and Technology, Tianjin University, the University of Iowa and other well-known domestic and foreign universities.

        On November 16th, Prof. He was invited to give an oral report on the field of membrane-assisted crystallization, which attracted wide attention from international experts. During the meeting, the campus delegation also contacted more than 30 overseas alumni and held 8 small seminars. Our delegation introduced DUT and Panjin Campus to the alumni. Overseas alumni expressed their ardent concern and best wishes for their alma mater.

                This visit not only further enhanced the popularity of DUT and Panjin Campus overseas, but also laid a good foundation for future academic exchange and talent recruitment.
