Prof. Lu Zhongchang , the vice president of DUT and the director of Panjin Campus, have paid a 5-day-visit to some top universities in Taiwan since Oct.10 to Oct. 17 with Prof. He Gaohong, vice director of Panjin campus and the dean of the School of Petroleum and Chemical Engineering, Prof. Zhang Zhigang from the School of Humanities and Law, and Teacher Ren Yi from the China Intellectual Property Training Base (Liaoning) etc..
Our delegation visited seven universities--Chang Gung University, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, National Taipei University of Technology, National Tsing Hua University, National Chung Hsing University, National Cheng Kung University, and Taiwan University, and had several deep discussions about the collaborations with each university. Besides, the delegation held two job fairs in National Taiwan University of Science and Technology and National Chung Hsing University. Dean He was invited to give an academic report in Chang Gung University. The group also had a meeting with our 8 exchange students in Taiwan.
On Oct.16, the delegation attended the international seminar “Intellectual Property Rights Theory and Practice” held by the National Taipei University of Technology. President Lu hosted a sub-forum and Dean He gave an academic report.
