In the morning of April 13th , a delegation from the School of Biological Sciences, University of Edinburgh revisited DUT Panjin Campus. The delegates were Peter Doerner, Director of Internationalisation and Holly Robertston-Dick , Industrial Liasion and Placements Coordinator.
At 10 am, Dr. Doerner and Ms. Holly interviewed two students from School of Food and Environment who applied “2+2” cooperative program and one got the offer immediately.
In the same afternoon, Ms. Holly gave an “information session” about the School of Biological Science, UoE and about the cooperative programs that are offered for the international students. And then, Dr. Doener gave an introductory course, the topic was “Plant CyclinB1;1 in growth and defence of genome integrity”. After the lecture, Ms. Holly and Dr. Doener answered the questions raised by students.
