On July 9th, more than 20 Presidents and Experts from the universities of Russia, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, and Armenia visited Panjin Campus. Professor Lu Zhongchang, the Vice President of DUT and the Director of the Administrative Committee of Panjin Campus, received the delegation and welcomed them warmly. Professor He Gaohong, Vice Director of Panjin Campus and representatives from International Office and Department of Student Affairs attended the meeting.
Prof. Lu Zhongchang extended a warm welcome to them on behalf of Dalian University of Technology. He introduced the basic situation of Dalian University of Technology, the development of Panjin campus, talents cultivation, scientific research, internationalization, social impact, characteristics and so on. Subsequently, the guests raised questions around the teaching program, the international students admissions, scholarship applications, foreign teachers, Leicester International Institute, and the two sides made a further discussion and communication.
After the meeting, the delegation visited the library, analysis and testing center, alumni cultural corridor etc. and gave a high evaluation. Many representatives expressed the intention of collaboration.
