Recently, the 11 authoritative membrane research institutions including East China University of Science and Technology, China Academy of Sciences, Hangzhou Water Treatment Center, Tsinghua University, Dalian University of Technology, Nanjing University of Technology, Tianjin University and Tianjin Polytechnic University jointly organized the 9th National Academic Symposium on Membrane and Membrane Processes at South China University of Technology supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Seawater Desalination and Water Reuse Association, 《Water Treatment Technology》 magazine, China Membrane Industry Association etc. More than 100 scientific research institutes and enterprises and nearly 700 membrane science workers from all over the country were invited to participate in this symposium. on water treatment technology, Membrane Science and Technology workers attended the environmental protection meeting, the meeting was a complete success. Academician Prof. Jian Xigao, Prof. He Gaohong, Prof. Wang Jinqu, Prof. Zhang Fengxiang, Prof. Liu Lifen and many teachers and graduate students from Panjin Campus participated in this symposium.
