At the invitation of the School of Business, Xue Bing, researcher from the IASS Humboldt Research Fellow, presented a lecture about co-economic system for students from Human Resource Management and Economics on Sep.23th. The lecture was hosted by the vice dean of the School of Business, Prof. Ma Li.
The lecture revolved around sustainable development, circular economy, man-land relationship. At first, Prof. Xue talked about the history and his own experience about the sustainable development with some popular topics like carbon emission and green energy. The lecture proceeded from the elementary to the profound. Prof. Xue then illuminated the essence of circular economy’s development and the internal relationship between two topics above with western and domestic theories. When it came to man-land relationship, Prof. Xue took Tiexi District of Shenyang as an example to explain the prospects and research frontiers of man-land relationship.
In the end, Prof. Xue gave a few words of encouragement, and the lecture was well received by the audience.
